To Send Cash

  1. Present your DeeMoney membership card or quote your registered phone number and transfer amount in cash

  2. You’ll receive a ‘Cash-Out Code’ on your registered number to give to your intended recipient

To Receive a Cash Payout

  1. Present valid identification (according to local regulatory requirements) along with your unique ‘Cash-Out Code’ from the sender

  2. Receive the full amount in cash in the intended currency with a receipt of transfer
